Stay in shape

My doctor said I'm very healthy, but I still think I should drink more water. I already eat a lot of fruit and use less salt in food that I cook, so that's good. I'm going to try to drink about 48 ounces a day. Then when it gets hotter out I'll push it up to only drinking water everyday till this cuties are born. But I still have to eat healthy after they are born cause I want to get back to 127 and I would be breast feeding again :)
