17 weeks today

And I still have morning sickness, yay for me. I have a doctors appointment tomorrow and I have a ton of questions for her. So I'm in my second trimester and only a few people even know I'm expecting. I already told a few people and they all had mix reviews. I told a few friends from high school and they seemed happy, but my family on my mothers side are super excited. My mother almost cried when I told her it was twins. I guess I'll announce it on Facebook after my next ultrasound which is on June 1st. I just want to make sure everything is well first.

2nd trimester

16 weeks :)

I wonder...

My predictions for my first son were very off. My sons father is Hispanic and I thought he would be tan colored and have crazy curly hair, but I was off. My first thought when he popped out was OMG HE'S HUGE and omg he's white...lol. But duh babies usually are much lighter than their acutal skin color. My son is on the lighter end and his hair was straight for about a year but not he still kinda has his straight hair but with a cute little curl to it now. He looks like a light skinned version of me, he's my mini me. BUT my husband is Finnish and Israeli. His mother has blonde hair and blue eyes(Finnish) and my husband has blue eyes and dirty blonde hair. So my predictions is that these twins might have light hair and eyes, or not, idk we will just have to wait and see.

Almost 16 weeks.

They kick and move around a lot now, maybe every 30 minutes I feel something.  I currently have to take Iron pills since I was a little anemic, but no worries. This week is pretty stressful, I just found out my husband will be going off to the army in a month. A part of me is happy cause this is his dream and he has a great position in the army, but the other half is scared. I'm going to go though this pregnancy and 4 months of the twins life by my self. I pray they let him come home for the delivery . Plus his son is going to be heartbroken when he's gone. I just hope everything goes well. One great thing is that I will have support from my mother, so I won't be totally alone.

It's Easter

I'm not a religious person but I'm here at my mothers house looking at Mary Mary and Kirk franklin videos. I like gospel music but not religious. I made a little Easter basket for my son Jacob, it was full of candy, and has ate too much already. Jacob doesn't get hyper from, candy so thank god. Me and my mother are cooking honey ham, yams, baked Mac and cheese, collard greens with smoked turkey and banana pudding. Southern cooking is good for the soul, plus my twins love it.

Pregnancy Craziness

I haven't had a nosebleed since I was like eight years old, till today. I literally woke up and sneezed, then the blood started to drop. The first thing I did was scream for my mom and asked her what should I do. I'm not use to this, I almost had a panic attack. It only lasted 15 minutes thank god. By the way the second thing I did was that I took a picture and sent it to my husband. Thank you social networking :)

The start of 15 weeks pregnant

CRAZY UPDATE by the way that kinda scared me. Last week I measured 32 inches around my belly, but now I'm measuring at 34.5 inches. Just one week and that much difference. I have a feeling that I'm going to be pretty huge at the end of this pregnancy. Another update is that my uterus is about 3 inches above my navel. Everyday I have "belly time" and I just rub my belly and talk to them and  I feel like they enjoy it. When I put my hand on my tummy I feel the babies move towards my hand. Its like I'm holding them in my hand already.Every time this happens they kick my hand, and its just so beautiful. I love that they are so active.

Ultrasound at 13 weeks and 6 days

14 weeks pregnant

So today around 12 am I felt a pretty hard kick. They are about 3.5 inches long, and I felt two hard kicks on each side. The girl is on the left side and the boy is on the right and he's baby A, which mean he'll most likely be the first to pop out when the time comes lol. So first I felt like a elbow or knee on the right side then a shack and kick on the right. On the ultrasound which was April 8th, the little girl was the jumpy one , while mr mr just chilled and relaxed. I even saw her pick up her hand like she was waving then her mouth opened and she put her thumb in, she's so small and knows how to suck her thumb.

 I was 30 inches around my belly at 11 weeks and now I'm 32 and I'm 14 weeks, so that nice to know. I'm still 127pounds, I lost weight from the extreme morning sickness. I weighted about 137 before pregnancy but I had morning sickness up to 12 weeks pregnant , crazy right, but it's over kinda. So I'm not showing much yet, and I think I'm going to show soon, since I feel more stuffed and I'm getting ligament pain off and on, I literally feel the stretching of my skin. One update and change I've noticed was that my breast feel a lot fuller, I'm not going to go into detail but this happened way faster then when i was pregnant with Jacob. 

One funny I'm craving is ice tea, spicy food and fruit. Weird but it makes me happy. I'm starting my updates now since I had a horrible time in the beginning with the extreme morning sickness and fatigue, but now I feel somewhat better, but I still always tired lol.
